VISA Debit Card Disclosure

Recent regulations governing 24 hour banking equipment and other electronically initiated banking transactions require that we provide you with a full disclosure of the rules as they now apply. The purpose of this disclosure statement is to make you aware of your rights and responsibilities with regards to your use of our Electronic Funds Transfer Services. The term "card" refers to an Edco Federal C.U. VISA® ATM/Debit Card. Our business days are any day except Saturday, Sundays and Holidays.

TYPES OF AUTOMATIC TRANSFERS

If you specifically authorize us to electronically accept deposits or honor withdrawals, we will provide such services.

Deposits: You can arrange to have certain recurring payments automatically deposited to your account. Examples of this type of deposit include direct deposit of Social Security payments, other government payments and the direct deposit of your wages or salary.

Withdrawals: You can arrange to have certain recurring withdrawals automatically paid from your account. An example of this is the payment of life insurance premiums.

Account access at terminals. Depending upon which accounts you have requested to be accessed through EFT services you may use your Card and PIN number to:

a. Withdraw cash from share draft checking or share accounts.

b. Make deposits to your share draft checking or share accounts.

c. Transfer funds between your share draft checking and share accounts whenever you request.

d. Inquire as to the balance in your share or share draft checking accounts.

e. Make purchases at certain merchants who have agreed to accept the card. You may use it to pay for the purchases of goods or services directly from your designated primary checking account. (Point of sale transaction).

Some of these services may not be available at all terminals.

CHARGES FOR ELECTRONIC FUND TRANSFERS AND FOR USE OF YOUR VISA® CARD

*We do not charge for direct or ATM deposits to any type of account.
*$25.00 fee for returned NSF check from ATM deposit.
*We do not charge for pre authorized withdrawals from any type of accounts.
*Limit 2 cars per account. Additional cards will be $10.00 per card.
*$10.00 fee to replace lost or stolen card.
*$.50 fee per inquiry transaction
*No charge VISA® Debit Card transactions.
*$25.00 fee for withdrawals that put share or share draft checking account into a negative balance.

LIMITATIONS ON FREQUENCY AND AMOUNTS ON TRANSFER

Your daily withdrawal limit is $300.00, or the available balance of your account, whichever is less. There is no limit on the frequency of withdrawals per day provided the maximum daily withdrawal limit is not exceeded.

For share accounts, if applicable, you may make up to six (6) pre authorized, automatic, or telephone transfers to another account of yours or to a third party (including automatic transfers to cover overdrafts, but excluding transfers for loan payments or routine allocations of direct payroll deposit to your other accounts) per month. Of these six, you may make no more than three (3) transfers to a third party. A pre authorized transfer includes any arrangement with Edco to pay a third party from the member's account upon oral or written orders, which includes orders received through the automated clearing house (ACH). If more than six (6) types of these transactions occur, there will be a fee of $2.00 per each transaction.

There is no limit on the number of the following transactions:

*Transfers to any loan account with Edco.
*Transfers to another Edco account or withdrawals (checks mailed directly to you) when such transfer or withdrawal is initiated in person, by mail, by 24 hour Teller Service or at an ATM.

Edco Federal Credit Union reserves the right to cancel your VISA® Debit Card if the card has been inactive for a period of twelve months.
