Under the Expedited Funds Availability Act (Reg CC) Edco must make funds available to transaction accounts available for withdrawal to a published schedule. The length of the hold generally depends on the item deposited.
For determining the availability of deposits, every day is a business day, except Saturdays, Sundays and federal holidays.
